Ofcourse I'm ironic, that's because a rich lady has been filmed while driving around Monaco with a rental Bugatti Veyron whose cost for a daily use is about 19.000€. The young wealthy lady probably loves to do it big, and to impress the people around her, she gave a generous tip of 500€ to the valet, just to move the Veyron for a couple of metres.
