Bugatti Veyron hits 225mph

The Bugatti Veyron is certainly one of the fastest road production cars ever made. As you certainly know, the top speed is 253mph (407km/h) but there aren't so many places in the world where you can really attempt to drive such an high speed. In this video we manage to see a Veyron driving up to 225mph (362km/h) in the endless, empty streets in Arizona.

  2. Wow. What an experience. I love how it's just there, here, gone. It's such a stable car, like just a perfection of yesterday's road car.

Seems like a final huzzah to the petrol glory days.

  3. I thought that in order to achieve high-speed runs like that the rear spoiler had to be down to reduce drag. Maybe I just watch too much Top Gear...

    1. Never mind, I went back to watch it again on YT and saw that they kept it that way due to the road.
