1700hp GT-R is pretty quick!

A stock Nissan GT-R is able to compete with many supercars, but a tuned one might beat with not much efforts even the most expensive hypercars in the world. This GT-R AMS Alpha set an incredible mile run record in just 22.7s with a speed of 374kmh. Just to let you know, this GT-R reached 300km/h in 12.8s which is nearly 1s faster than the Hennessey Venom GT and nearly 2s faster than the Koenigsegg Agera R and Bugatti Veyron SS. 120 octane race fuel, semi slick tires and 1700hp might have been a good help to achieve this incredible result..

  1. It makes me wonder: if sometimes, the intetion is to make a supercar incredbly very fast, why don't nissan do a stoc 1700hp GT-R since it is possible??

    1. It might be possible, but I don't think it's something they can mass produce. I'm sure almost everything in that engine was cherry-picked.

    2. That's Bugatti's and Koenigsegg's job.

    3. Maybe that it doesn't allowed for the road...

  2. I wonder what the top speed is..
