The Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo is loud!

The Ferrari Enzo by Edo Competition is an extreme version that reminds us the Ferrari FXX, but in a street legal version. The power of the 6.3L V12 engine has been raised up to 950hp and it looks like an FXX. If you remember, the car had a bad accident, back in 2011 during the Targa Newfoundland rally, and so the car came back to Germany for a complete fix, now the car is ready and has been spotted in the german autobahn, impossible not to be noticed with an exhaust like that!

The sound of an FXX replica

If you can't afford (like most of us) a real Ferrari FXX, which its average price is about over a milion of euros, you can go in Spain to Mr.Garcìa, that after 2 years of hard work managed to build a very well done replica to the Ferrari FXX, the extreme racecar version of the road legal Ferrari Enzo, and it could be yours for 75k euros. Most of the replicas don't have a good engine, under the bonnet of this replica there's a powerful V8 engine taken from the BMW M5 E39, and produces 462hp, and with a weight of just 820kg you realize this car is really fast.

Want to know how does it sounds? Check out the video below!

FXX and MC12 Corsa on the road!

It's very hard to spot on public streets the Ferrari Enzo and the Maserati MC12, just imagine to spot their hardcore (just for track use) versions, the FXX and MC12 Corsa. It's basicly impossible, since they're not street legal, but for the Chelsea Autolegends 2012 auto show, two of them have been showed up with a temporary plate. The very unique scene has been caught on camera by London spotter Munch997.

The 17th and 18th of July, the belgian circuit of SPA Francorchamps has been protagonist of the Ferrari Corse Clienti programmes, an event held by Ferrari that let their rich customers have fun with their expensive toys, such as the Ferrari 599XX EVO, FXX EVO and even the F1! Too bad the weather didn't helped alot, but for the real petrolheads this wasn't a problem, and so here below a video-report from several spotters that had the pleasure to hear these amazing cars.

Let's start with the Ferrari 599XX EVO by spotter Gumbal that shows the massive power of the engine and of the brakes!

Ferrari 599XX and FXX shakedown

A few days ago took place in the temple of speed, Monza, the only italian edition of the 2012 season of the Ferrari Corse Clienti that involved the XX Programmes, featuring the Ferrari 599XX, FXX and their EVO editions. So, I couldn't miss this unique opportunity to see and hear in person these fantastic machines. The day was divided in track sessions followed by telemetry sessions, so after you were on track you were able to check out with Ferrari technicians in pitlane your results and it was an opportunity to improve your skills on the fast italian circuit. Monza is located in a fascinating location, inside a huge park in the city, when the cars were driving it was really possible to hear an unbelievable soundtrack from every point of the track, or even in the city nearby.

Here below you can check out some pics and videos made by me and a friend of mine.

Racecars on public streets!

You know, Maranello, home of Ferrari, is a sort of mecca for the petrolheads. Here it's like another world, you can really see something you can't see anywhere else. If you're lucky enough you can manage to see Ferrari racecars driving from Fiorano racetrack to the Ferrari factory. Spotting a racecar on public streets is something unbelievable!

Just take a look at a few videos below!
