The Ferrari 458 Spider is considered by many enthusiasts and automotive journalist as one of the best-modern supercars. Actually, this is one of the top-selling car for Ferrari and also, in 2011 and 2012 its 4.5L V8 engine has been awarded as the " Best engine of the year ".

A spotter in Dubai has caught this bizarre (and not very safe, let me add) scene, a Ferrari 458 Spider sharing 2 seats with the husband, the wife and their 3 kids! I'm quite sure that he hasn't received yet the invitation from his local Ferrari dealership to see the Ferrari FF.

Balotelli drives his new 458 in a go-kart track

It's quite hard for footballplayer Mario Balotelli to go unnoticed not only when it comes to his continuos childish actions, but also when it comes to cars. When he was playing for Manchester City he crashed his matte black Audi R8 V10, then he bought a quite weird Bentley Continental GT with a matte camouflaged wrap, now he's back to Italy and decided to drive his brand new Ferrari 458 Spider... in a go-kart track! His contract with Milan football club doesn't allows him to drive a go-kart, so he decided to use his 458! Monza is not so far from Milan, how about driving it in a proper place.. uh?

12C driver stops the traffic to take a piss

What you gonna do when you're behind the wheel of your McLaren and suddenly you have an urges and you can't resist? Well, when you own a supercar you won't really go unnoticed and this guy had the brilliant idea to walk a few metres from his car to take a piss in the traffic. Of course the whole scene has been filmed (was it really necessary?), then the owner jumps back in the car and says hello to the camera guy with a middle finger.

Ferrari 458 Spider CRASH!

What's wrong with all these recent Ferrari 458 accidents? This time a Ferrari 458 Spider (apparently, registered the same day) on a wet day tries to overtake another car in which the passenger is filming the scene, but it slides and crashes into the guard rail, probably because the manettino must have been set in the wrong position with the traction control off. The occupants of the car sound really shocked about the accident, but hopefully the driver and the passenger of the Ferrari didn't reported any injuries.

My friend Shmee150 has been doubly fortunate, while riding a Ferrari 458 Spider he stumbled upon a McLaren P1 test car. Needless to say.. let the chase begin!

Ferrari 458 Italia crash (yes, another one!)

What's wrong with the Ferrari 458 drivers? Another Prancing Horse bites the dust, this time the accident took place in Istanbul, Turkey, and the reason might probably be the speed mixed with the wet road; not really the best conditions to push 570hp. Luckily both the passenger reported minor injuries, but if you notice, due to the collision a piece of iron has been slammed on the wildshield of the Ferrari, and it could have caused serious injuries.

At least, I don't think they have beaten the record of two young boys that have crashed a 2 hours old Ferrari 458 Spider!

Ferrari 458 Spider crashed

Through internet we have heard about a crash involving a Ferrari 458 Spider in the spanish island of Mallorca. The driver took delivery of the Prancing Horse and just a couple of hours later it was already to be thrown. The driver lost the control of the italian supercar and finished his ride against the guard rail and the cliff, I'm afraid that some polish won't be enough to restore the conditions of the car.

Double Ferrari Crash

Two Ferraris taking part of a convoy had a massive crash on the wet chinese highway in Northwest China. More precisely, the accident involved a 458 Spider and a California, they collided each other at high speed by causing a lot of damages. Incredible to see how important parts of the cars such as the engine of the 458 and the wheels of the California have been teared away several metres. Luckily, there aren't reports of injuries.

Cop vs Ferrari 458 Spider

American cops doesn't joke, they can really become brutal if you doesn't do what they ask. A tourist caught on camera in New York a cop giving a parking ticket to a Ferrari 458 Spider. As the owner comes, he tries to drive away in order to avoid the ticket, with the furious reaction of the cop.

Update: looks like the car was standing in the valet's parking of an Hotel, making it a legit parking for the Ferrari.

Mclaren MP4-12C Spider

The roofless version to the Mclaren MP4-12C has finally arrived! The MP4-12C features a retractable hard top that takes just 17 seconds to convert the MP4-12C into a sexy spider supercar. The engine is the same of the coupè, a 3.8L twin turbo V8 that produces 620hp, since it's slightly heavier (40kg), the performance are a little bit lower than the coupè but you'll don't notice the difference, however the classic 0-100kph acceleration takes 3.1s (same as the coupè) but the 0-160kph takes 6.1s which is 0.1s slower and moves up to 328kph, 5kph slower.

The more i see the 458 Spider the more i like it!! Even with the top on it looks better than the 458 Italia imho.
