The automotive journalist has reviewed the latest british hypercar around Bahrain circuit and although this short clip is just a teaser of their upcoming full video, here we see enough speed and action to let us wait anxiously for the final video!

UK Police gets a McLaren 12C

Watch out Dubai (and obviously the criminals in UK!), the british police department has just unveiled at Autosport International in Birmingham their new and fastest car that will join the fleet, a McLaren 12C Spider!

McLaren 12C Crashes Roughly

A new day rises and another supercar bites the dust. This time an orange McLaren 12C has slammed at high speed into a concrete pole in Taiwan. The car is totalled and due to the rough crash it's kinda hard to recognize by looking the front o the right side that is missing completely!

P1 Sold out, here's the first on sale

Less than a month ago, McLaren announced to have sold out the production of the P1. The production has started in September and actually just a couple of units (out of the 375 to be produced) have been delivered to their lucky customers but we're aware there's already the first P1 on sale.

Official: The P1 does sub-7m at the Green Hell

The time we have been waiting is nearly come. After a lot of testing and spy footages of the P1 around the Nürburgring, McLaren has shown their first official video regarding the attempt to break the 7 minutes barrier. They did it! But sadly, that's all we know. The lap time that McLaren has set to beat is 6:57 minutes belonging to the Porsche 918 Spyder. Now the questions is.. is the P1, faster than the 918?

Are you exciting regarding the upcoming season? Well, now you'll be even more since it will include the new McLaren P1 driven by non other than the good old Jezza!

McLaren 12C GT3 crashes

Recently racing driver Chris Van Der Drift (yes, it's his real name!) crashed his McLaren 12C GT3 racecar during the International GT Open championship, an unfortunate series of events have brought him to crash at high speed at Eau Rouge; when he was getting inside the famous corner the McLaren broke the steering with a perfect timing by making impossible for the driver to steer and avoid the barriers.

McLaren P1 - The testing continues

The McLaren P1 is limited to 375 units with a price tag of $1.1m  and of course the whole production is completely sold out. The first deliveries will start in just two months and in the mean time the british company is about to end the final testing and developing processes for the production vehicle. McLaren has released an official video regarding a test session somewhere in Scandinavia involving the P1 with a camo wrap and snow.. a lot of snow. What you can do with 916hp and a slippery surface? The McLaren test driver certainly had good fun!

McLaren X-1 Spotted

During the latest F1 Gran Prix held at Bahrain International Circuit, a very rare car has been spotted inside the racetrack, the one-off McLaren X-1. The X-1 is a unique creation made by McLaren to a wealthy customer and it's based on a McLaren 12C without any mechanical modifications, so the 3.8 twin turbo engine still produces 592hp.

12C driver stops the traffic to take a piss

What you gonna do when you're behind the wheel of your McLaren and suddenly you have an urges and you can't resist? Well, when you own a supercar you won't really go unnoticed and this guy had the brilliant idea to walk a few metres from his car to take a piss in the traffic. Of course the whole scene has been filmed (was it really necessary?), then the owner jumps back in the car and says hello to the camera guy with a middle finger.

McLaren 12C on a drag strip

We don't have doubts about the performance of the McLaren 12C, but it's impossible not to be surprised about this recent accomplishment on a drag strip. A completely standard 12C fitted with option light wheels, sports exhaust and carbon ceramic brakes has set a very impressive time of 10.55 seconds @ 134.56mph in the classic quarter mile, and it means that it's the second quickest road production car in the world (the record holder is still the Bugatti Veyron).

To refresh your mind, the 12C has received several upgrades over the years and now its 3.8L twin turbo V8 engine produces 616hp and 599nm, pretty surprising to know that it has beaten also the record of the Lamborghini Aventador with nearly 100hp more and the 4WD, as you know the perfect feature for a quick launch.

McLaren P1 interior revealed

If you have noticed, since its debut McLaren has always showed just the external lines of the P1. Finally, 3 weeks before the debut of the final version of the P1 in Geneva, McLaren reveals the interior that looks good as much as the exterior! The first thought that would comes to your mind is the lightness. Everywhere you lay your eyes you notice carbon fibre and alcantara, which gives to the car a true racing look. The lightness of the car hasn't compromised the comfort inside the cockpit, you can find the audio system, the climate control and the multimedia screen in the central tunnel, pretty similar to the 12C.

McLaren P1 on track

Back in September, 2012, McLaren showed to the world the new P1, but it was just a display model without some of the most important components such as the engine and gearbox, and that's because the car was still under development. It's the same story today, but finally McLaren teases us with a video showing the hard testing of the P1 on track (surprisingly, not at Nürburgring!), we just have to wait a few months to see the presentation at Geneva of the final version of this spectacular, hypercar flamethrower.

MP4-12C: now it's extreme!

The McLaren MP4-12C is an outstanding supercar and in its segment it might be the best car that money can buy. The only thing that most people criticise is the simple and discreet look, but it could be a benefit if you don't want always people to notice you, just like it certainly happens when you drive a yellow Lamborghini or a red Ferrari.
