The quickest crash at Nürburgring

As you know, the Nürburgring is known also as the Green Hell, and with this nickname you can really understand how challenging and dangerous this track is.YouTube is plenty of videos about people overtaking their limits by trying to improve their lap times, often with a very negative result, but the video of today is totally silly as it might show the world's quickest crash in this track. And by quickest I don't mean an high speed crash, but a crash taking place just after 7 (yes, SEVEN) seconds on track.

New record for the Hennessey Venom GT

To give you a better idea of what is a fast car, here you can see the recent Guinness World Record acclaimed by the Hennessey Venom GT. With an incredible acceleration from 0 to 300 kph (0-186mph) in just 12.63 seconds, this car is the world's fastest production car for this speed, almost 1 second faster than the previous record holder, the Koenigsegg Agera R. How can it be so fast? Power/Weight ratio is the key of the Venom GT. It weighs just 1220kg and under the hood takes place a massive twin turbo 6.8L V8 engine that produces 1200hp!

This fantastic machine is celebrating this year its 25th anniversary, and for the occasion sixty-two (yes, 62!) F40 owners joined the british Silverstone racetrack for an epic meet. This video make it looks like it's an affordable car, but actually if you want to buy one, average price tag for one of these is about 400.000€.
