Alfa Romeo 4C at Balocco

Alfa Romeo has released a new official video regarding the 4C in motion. Although the marketing guys of Alfa Romeo had the brilliant idea to let us hear some music instead of the real noise of the engine, at least we can see the 4C moving quickly and sideways around Fiat's Balocco test track.

After a couple of years of concepts and teasing, Alfa Romeo debuts this year in Geneva with the final version of the 4C that is going into production. Many of us are wondering how does the tiny 1.7L turbocharged 4 cylinder engine sounds, and here in a world's first we get to hear its noise in a video taken while the car was being moved inside the Palexpo at Geneva.

Of couse if you haven't seen yet the video below, I spent some time to film the 4C inside the show, finally Alfa Romeo is back to its roots with a good RWD sports car.

8C driving through the blizzard

The blizzard Nemo is considered as one of the biggest blizzards since 1978 on the american east coast. Most people prefere to leave their cars in a safe place instead of driving around, but for these guys it looks like that this weather is not a problem, but a good excuse to have fun with an Afa Romeo 8C Competizione!

The Alfa 4C is coming!

If there's a car that we are waiting with enthusiasm and impatiente, it's certainly the Alfa Romeo 4C. The concept car has been presented at Geneva Motor Show back in 2011, then the car has been displaied in several motor shows, but we've never heard about testing or official specs. Finally, we see the prototype in the wild for some testing in Turin, Italy. The debut of the final production vehicle should take place in the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, its production will be supported in the Maserati factory in Modena. This little sporty Alfa reminds me the Lotus cars, it will be light (less than 900kg) and with a little but powerful 1.7L turbo engine with 250hp, this car will be a success!

General Lee Alfa 8C Competizione

Looks like the owner of this Alfa is an enthusiast of the popular tv series " The Dukes of Hazzard " ! Probably this picture was taken in the Alfa Romeo's gate, where we can see a lovely lineup of four 8Cs. We can notice an orange 8C Coupè with the Confederate flag painted on the roof, just like the famous Dodge Charger we used to see speeding in the countryside of the popular series. Hope to see more shots of this car on the road!
