Is there a better way to start the new year with a new ride? Not really, especially if we're talking about 730hp belonging to the Pagani Huayra!

First Huayra delivered in China

In the previous post you may have seen how China is becoming a very rich country and to confirm this statement, here's the very first Pagani Huayra to hit the country. The Huayra is an hypercar that hasn't been launched yet in the chinese market, it's official debut is set in April 2014 at the Beijing Auto Show.

Peter Read is one lucky chap: he's the proud owner of not one, but two Paganis! His first purchase was a blue Pagani Zonda S Roadster and then he placed order also for a red Huayra.. that's what I call being loyal to a brand!

You may all agree by saying that one of the best things of being a Pagani customer, is the fact you can customize your hypercar in any way you want. The negative thing is that with a starting price of 1 million euros (plus local taxes) not many of us can really do this, but now we can get closer as a fellow Pagani enthusiast has built an online configurator where you can play and customize the Pagani Huayra of your dreams!

The million dollars Pagani Huayra is obviously a very rare car to see, recently we have seen Pagani's chief test driver Davide Testi going flatout in the Pagani Huayra around Modena racetrack and we're glad SpeedHunters took a video about that!

Everyone know that the Pagani Huayra is a very expensive hypercar, but now I advice you to take a seat and make a deep breath because the guys at The Supercar Kids managed to obtain a copy of the options list and if you think that with a starting price of 1 million euros everything is included, well you're wrong!

So, this is probably how the 99,9% of us will get to experience so close the feel to be in the driving seat of the Pagani Huayra! The Ultimate Pagani Zonda Ride

The Pagani Zonda Prototype 2 is the second Pagani ever produced, it's so old to such an extent to be called " Nonno " (grandpa) from the Pagani workers. In its long life it has been driven over 1 million (million!) kilometers and from the very first C12 6.0 it has been upgraded up to the latest, extreme road legal version of the Zonda, the 760.

Pagani's test driver shows off

Every year many tourists and petrolheads come to the Motor Valley to visit the Pagani factory, when you are in the area is not unusual to see a Huayra or a Zonda driving around for a test drive. A few lucky spotters have filmed Pagani's test driver Davide Testi showing to the cameras how you make an intersection in a Pagani!

This is a very particular Zonda with a long story, it's a very old development car (chassis n.2) born as a C12 6.0 and in this video has the configuration of the 760RS. This Zonda has been driven for over 1 million kilometers and used to test all the Zonda models, so yes this is the mother of all Zondas, or " Nonno " (grandpa), that's how the guys at Pagani use to call it!

Pagani Huayra for sale

The Pagani Huayra is a very exclusive hypercar and even if you have the cash it's not easy to put the hands on one of these since the company has a 3 years (yes, 3!) waiting list due to the many orders received. However, now you have the opportunity to skip the queue and buy a Pagani Huayra finished in copper and bare carbon with black interior, delivered in Lebanon. The car shows less than 100km on the odometer and it's literally new and it can be yours for the reasonable price of 1.950.000€ + local taxes.

Adrian Sutil drives the Pagani Huayra

After more than 1 year of absence of Adrian Sutil in F1, he's back for the 2013 season with Force India. Anyway, with this video we clearly understand that during this absence maybe he didn't had a nerve-wracking waiting for his comeback as he managed in any case to drive and have fun with high speed vehicles such as the Pagani Huayra that he has unleashed around the italian countryside and Modena racetrack, as we can see in the following video.

Spotted again: Zonda 760 RS

The famous Pagani Zonda 760 RS keep getting spotted around Chile, good to see that its driver never hesitates to push the pedal to the metal, it's always a pleasure to hear that 7.3L V12 engine screaming and shooting flames!

180mph Zonda F Ride!

All we know how awesome the Pagani Zonda sounds, and we can't get enough to hear that V12! Driving a supercar at high speed on public roads is not easy nor legal, that's why a racetrack or an air strip are good places to unleash all the power and see how fast is it. Said that, the ride in this particular Zonda F (which is upgraded with several Cinque components) takes place in an air strip and in a blink of an eye reaches 180mph!

Pagani Zonda 760 RS

The insane, full carbon Pagani Zonda 760RS has been spotted once again in a very unexpected place.. a gas station. The video is not long, but it gives us the opportunity to hear the massive V12 AMG firing up and accelerating away with a noisy backfire in every shift up! Just to refresh your mind, the Pagani Zonda 760RS is a one-off Pagani built for supercar collector and loyal Pagani customer Mr.Marcos Hites. The 7.3L V12 engine produces a staggering power of 760hp, by making it the most powerful Pagani ever made.

Pagani teases something for Geneva

Pagani has published on their official YouTube channel a sort of teaser which invites us to decipher the clues you may find in the footage. We don't know exactly what they're going to unveil at Geneva, but it will be certainly something exciting, maybe a Pagani Huayra Roadster? And what's your opinion? The wait is not so long, Geneva Motor Show will take place next month, time will tell!

What a lap! The Huayra at Top Gear!

Just like a kid in a Christmas morning, most of the petrolheads (including me) had a similar reaction to the long waited arrival of Top Gear's 19th season, HAPPINESS. To start the season in a great style, Hammond has reviewed the Pagani Huayra, the latest creation of Mr.Pagani. No wonder Hamster loves it, he has always been a huge fan of Pagani and this car had to be tested by him. To show the maximum potentiality of the italian hypercar, Stig took the drive and set a lap time of 1.13.8, which is not just a fast lap, but the fastest lap of a road production car on the Top Gear test track! The Huayra has been faster even than the track-monster Ariel Atom V8 and the Bugatti Veyron SuperSport WRE, is it enough to prove that the Huayra is damn quick?

F12 Berlinetta vs Huayra

SportAuto had the fantastic opportunity to drive the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and the Pagani Huayra... at the same time! Their playground was Modena racetrack, it's the 1st time that we see the Pagani Huayra challenging another supercar in the V12 league, and it behaves very well against the fastest road production Ferrari ever made.

Updated: Pagani Zonda PS!

A great thing about Pagani is that every car is bespoke and unique, and if you want you can send your Pagani back to the factory, and ask for upgrades or a new configuration! Several owners have already updated their Zondas, and now it's time also for Peter Saywell with his Zonda PS. I wasn't a great fan of the previous configuration, but the new one is really awesome to me! Let's see how it looked before the upgrade.

The updated configuration shows a new bright blue paintjob and several components taken from the extreme Zonda 760RS, such as the LED, the air scoop and the side air intakes. From what we can see outside, I wonder if even the engine has been modified; the PS is fitted with a slighty modified version of the V12 AMG engine fitted on the Zonda F Clubsport.

This is it, the Zonda 764 Passione!

The moment we wanted to avoid, probably has arrived. Back in 2011, when the Pagani Huayra has been shown to the world, Pagani didn't stopped to build special editions of the legendary and noisy Zonda, such as the Uno and the 750LH, but now, we're going to see (for real) the very last Zonda that will come out the factory. It's called 764 Passione, and though the name Passione (that means "passion") could let you think about the car would be finished with a bright colour, even the owner of this Zonda wanted to make it look with a full naked carbon look.

Green Huayra to be delivered

Work at Pagani is very intense in the last time, with many orders of the new Huayra. Some of them have allready been delivered, but I've stumbled upon a new one that looks really fantastic. I'm talking about a Huayra with a particular shade of green that is going to be delivered to Mr.Kao, a well known customer for Pagani that allready owns a Zonda. I had the opportunity to see this beauty during its construction, but finally these pics give us all the opportunity to see it in the flesh, the final result looks really spectacular.
