This Ferrari F50 sounds like porn

The Ferrari F50 is one of those cars that are part of the family of Ferrari's most exclusive production cars, but at the contrary of its predecessors and successors (288 GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo) this one might be the most unsuccessful and underrated model and I wonder why, because whenever I hear the thunderous exhaust note coming out the F1-derived V12 engine (where would you find a road legal car with an engine like this nowadays?!), I just think that this is one of the most impressive road legal Ferraris ever made, which sadly I think that any other future Ferrari will be able to get so close in terms of emotions, sound and  technology.

Alonso drives LaFerrari on track

" Remember, two slow laps ".. would you really listen these words behind the wheel of the 960hp LaFerrari? Of course, you wouldn't... even less Fernando Alonso, his vocabulary doesn't know the word " slow "! In this video see how Fernando is having good fun with the most powerful road production Ferrari around Fiorano track.

First - Lamborghini Veneno Sound

Many of you have complained the Lamborghini Veneno for being too extreme under every aspect, especially for its staggering price tag of €3.0m + taxes. However, I think we all can find a large consensus when it comes to the spectacular sound of its 6.5L V12 engine. The Veneno has been filmed at the end of the Geneva Motor Show when it was ready to be moved away, in a festive (and alcoholic, by judging the crowd's reaction) atmosphere.

Pagani Zonda 760 RS

The insane, full carbon Pagani Zonda 760RS has been spotted once again in a very unexpected place.. a gas station. The video is not long, but it gives us the opportunity to hear the massive V12 AMG firing up and accelerating away with a noisy backfire in every shift up! Just to refresh your mind, the Pagani Zonda 760RS is a one-off Pagani built for supercar collector and loyal Pagani customer Mr.Marcos Hites. The 7.3L V12 engine produces a staggering power of 760hp, by making it the most powerful Pagani ever made.

More Ferrari F150 Sounds

The Ferrari F150 will be officially unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. It's not confirmed yet, but the 6.3L V12 of the upcoming  F150 should produce around 800hp, and the KERS system will provide an additional 150hp. We still have to wait a month, however if you're impatient to see and hear this mighty V12 powered Prancing Horse, here below I have gathered a few good videos of the F150 caught on camera during some testing sessions.

Aston Martin V12 Zagato on the road

The incredibly rare Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato has been snapped in a gas station (where else?) in The Netherlands. We hear the lovely note of the 5.9L V12 engine that fires up and drives away, the author of this video claims that the car was going to be delivered to the owner, that had to spend 624.000€ for this exclusive Aston (car taxes in The Netherlands are very high!). This one was the no.77 out of 101 produced. The V12 Vantage Zagato is based on the V12 Vantage but redesigned and produced by the italian coachbuilder Zagato, and with its 517hp it goes from 0 to 100kph in 4.2s and its top speed is set to 305kph.

Ferrari F70 Spied again

A very interesting video about the Ferrari F70 has appeared on YouTube, the dutch spies from Speedspot had a close up with the prototype of the future Enzo replacement in the italian countryside not so far from Maranello. Once the two technicians of Ferrari realized to be in the focus of the cameras, they quickly covered the car and watched the spies not really with a friendly smile.

Ulrich Bez revs the new Vanquish

That's sure V12 Astons always sounds amazing. During the american debut of the new Aston Martin Vanquish at Pebble Beach, Ulrich Bez, CEO of Aston Martin gives a pleasant opportunity to a lucky crowd to hear this fantastic turquoise Vanquish. The sound coming from the 6.0L V12 engine is pure music, expecially because the engine was cold, not very good to be honest, but the boss in person was revving it so you can't blame him, just click and enjoy the soundtrack.

Not enough for you? In the video below alot more cold revving of the new Vanquish during its unofficial debut as the " Project AM310 " in Villa D'Este.

Official: the Ferrari V12 Boxer Tribute

It's kinda rare to let Ferrari to make exclusively for you a special one-off. In the years they've made just five unique creations.. in 2006 the P4/5 based on the Ferrari Enzo, the 2008 Ferrari SP1 based on the F430, the Ferrari P540 Superfast Aperta in 2009, the Ferrari Superamerica 45 in 2011 and this is it, the Ferrari V12 Boxer Tribute, another special Ferrari made for the famous singer Eric Clapton! Looks like the official name is SP12 EC (Eric Clapton).

There have been rumors for over a year about a special Ferrari 458 Italia with the Ferrari 599 V12 engine ordered by Eric Clapton, and this is the final result of his request. We've always heard that he wanted a 458 Italia with a V12 engine, but this one has still the same V8 of the 458. The base is taken from the 458 Italia but with a different style, just like the name says, it's a tribute of many different Ferraris of the past. For example, the headlights are taken from the Enzo, the front grille reminds of the 512bb, the back is reminds the 288 GTO and 308. I have always loved the one-off Ferraris, what do you think about?

Ferrari Arno XI on sale!

Did you know that Ferrari is fast not only on the road but even on the water? Yes, because Ferrari in its history made a competition boat, called Arno XI. It's the only Ferrari boat ever made, and ofcourse it's incredibly fast. The boat is powered by a Ferrari V12 engine that produces more than 600hp. It was made in 1952 and developed by manufacturer Achille Castoldi with the help of Ferrari's official racing drivers Alberto Ascari and Luigi Villoresi. The Arno XI was fast enough to win in 1953 the speed record (241,7 km/h) of its cathegory in the lake d'Iseo, this record is still unbeaten!! The car will go on auction to the RM Auctions in Monte Carlo the 11th of May, the boat worth over 2 milion €.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what we have been waiting for a long time, the successor of the Ferrari 599, the F12 Berlinetta! It's always exciting and amazing when Ferrari releases a new car, after 6 years it's time to replace the gran turismo 599.

Let's have a quick back to the past, it really makes me feel old to see these 7 years old spy pictures to the Ferrari 599 GTB!
