BMW 130i Hard Crash
The last weekend during the BMW Driver Days event held at Zandvoort, a BMW 130i racecar has been protagonist of a very rough crash caught on camera. The BMW loses traction in the corner and collides at high speed into the barriers and then rolls over in the gravel.
The impact is quite brutal and the car looks completely totalled, the good thing is that any racecar is fitted with a roll cage and this is really what has certainly avoided the worse; at the end of the video we see both occupants getting out the car without injuries.

car is falling to pieces. Driver doesn't countersteer nor gives gives throttle. Probably stiff of fright when he slides:)
ReplyDeletehe did countersteer, but too late. Also, why the fk would you give throttle while trying to regain grip during a slide?
DeleteDid you get your _'fucking'_ answer?
DeleteMy theory in car commentfields: the more you swear the less experienced you are..
DeleteYou should keep the power on and not chop it all together. The back wheels of a car actually steer the car. When they have grip. No braking just a little less power.
ReplyDeleteSource: I have been drifting cars for a few years now. I have also had a few crashes because of this.
exactly. you cut the throttle and you loose it completely.
DeleteOh,my god!It is very dangerous! It reminds us of no matter when and where ,we should always put the safety in the first place. The topic about safety can not be emphathized more, just as my favorite remote control toy,it is the same with it.The rc toy can really bring you a lot of fun, however, the safety problem always exists in them.As a result, we must pay great attention to it.Many rc fans always think that the thing about safety is that we so often think that pulverized RC cars, explosions, injuries and the like only happens to other people, never us. Well, all it takes is one incident of careless neglect to ruin your RC fun – possibly forever.Let’s Be Careful Out There.
